The Profile tab is where you tell Vega who you are. Vega uses your name, title and role in everything it writes for you: meeting preparations, notes, follow-up emails and drafts.
Personal information
These fields are editable at any time.
First name, Middle name, Last name: how you are addressed across Vega.
Title: your job title, for example “Senior Wealth Advisor” or “Client Service Associate” (up to 100 characters).
Role: a short description of what you actually do day to day (up to 255 characters).
Account
These three values are read-only. They are set by your firm and by your subscription, and they are shown here so you always know where you stand.
Email: the address your Vega account is tied to. It is the mailbox Vega connects to for email drafting and the address that receives your notifications. To change it, contact [email protected].
Permission level: either user or admin. User with admin permissions can create and edit teams, manage firm-wide meeting types, and access firm-level administration. If you need a different permission level, ask a user with admin permissions at your firm.
Seat tier: the plan attached to your seat (Core or Pro). Your tier determines which features are available to you.
