Meeting reviewed status

See how to mark meetings as reviewed when you’re finished going through your post-meeting analysis and suggestions.

After a meeting ends, the work is not over yet.

You still need to:

As meetings accumulate throughout the week, it can become difficult to quickly distinguish:

  • meetings that still require attention

  • and meetings that are fully processed

This is where the reviewed status comes in.

The reviewed status creates a lightweight workflow for meeting follow-up. Once you are done reviewing a meeting and everything looks good, you can explicitly mark it as reviewed and move on.

Think of it as a simple signal to yourself and your team: “I’m done here.”

The reviewed status

Vega includes a reviewed toggle for meetings with post-meeting analyses.

Once a meeting has generated notes and outputs, you can mark that meeting as reviewed.

When a meeting is marked reviewed:

  • a green checkmark appears in the Meetings page

  • the meeting becomes visually easier to identify as completed

  • you no longer need to keep mentally tracking whether you already processed it

The reviewed status does not change or lock anything.

You can still:

  • edit meeting details

  • review suggestions

  • sync records

  • use AI Rewrite

  • re-run meeting outputs

  • change the reviewed status at any time

It is simply an organizational layer.

Reviewed status from the Meetings page

The fastest way to use the feature is directly from the Meetings page (the meeting list page) where you can toggle the status directly from the meeting list without opening the meeting itself.

On the right side of each meeting row with a post-meeting analysis generated, Vega displays a reviewed indicator.

When a meeting is marked as reviewed, you will see a green checkmark.

This makes it easy to quickly process multiple meetings in sequence.

Reviewed status from the Meeting page

You can also manage the reviewed status directly from the Meeting page (the meeting detail page inside a meeting).

Open any meeting with a generated post-meeting analysis and look near the Edit button at the top right of your screen.

When the meeting has not been reviewed, the icon appears as an empty circle.

Once marked as reviewed, it changes into a checked icon.

A small but important detail

The reviewed toggle only appears when a meeting has generated notes.

In other words, the feature only becomes available once a post-meeting analysis exists.

If no post-meeting analysis has been generated yet, the toggle doesn't appear.

This keeps the workflow focused around meetings that actually require review.

How this fits into the meeting workflow

A practical way to think about the workflow:

  • Meeting ends

  • Vega generates the post-meeting analysis with summary notes and suggestions

  • Review outputs

  • Edit if needed

  • Sync to CRM if needed

  • Mark as reviewed

  • Move on

This becomes especially useful for advisors handling many meetings each day and week where keeping track mentally becomes difficult.

The reviewed status does not replace your meeting workflow.

It simply helps you track where you are within it.
