In the Meetings section of the Settings page of the Vega web app, you can customize and turn on/off various Vega's features. such as:
Meeting preparation: Turn on/off the automatic meeting preparation and the automatic reminder to record your meeting for Vega, and customize the preparation timing and pick between 2, 4, 8, 12, 24, 48 or even 168 hours before your scheduled meetings.
Meeting notes: Turn on/off notifications when meeting notes are ready.
Meeting type: you can add, edit, and delete your customized meeting types.
Meeting type: input the name of the meeting type, the description, and the categories (Vega will focus on these categories when extracting information from the meeting transcript).
Before the meeting: create your template agenda and template reminder email.
After the meeting: create your template summary and template follow-up email.
