Draft creation
Vega can draft email responses based on the email thread, your past conversations, and your communication patterns.
You can review, edit, and refine the draft before sending. Vega prepares the response, but you remain in control of what gets sent.
You can either click the “Craft” button for Vega to generate a draft from the open email thread, or type a message at the bottom to give more specific instructions, such as content, tone, or length.
Once you’re satisfied with the draft, click the "Insert draft" suggestion in the Vega Gmail assistant and it will be added to your open email, ready for you to send.
Creation of records
Beyond email drafting, Vega allows you to create structured records directly from your inbox, which can then be synced to your CRM.
You can ask Vega to create records such as:
notes
tasks
client profiles
households
For example, after reading an email, you can ask Vega to:
create a follow-up task
log a note in your CRM
update a contact record
Vega will generate the record with the relevant fields populated. These records can then be reviewed and synced to your CRM.
The Vega chat (web platform) vs the Vega chat in the Vega Gmail assistant
Both chats are similar and offer the same core capabilities, including:
chatting with your client data (read article Chat with your client data)
using threads and linking clients to threads (read article Chat threads)
leveraging the same AI agents (read article Vega's AI agents)
Additional features are going to be extended to the Vega Gmail assistant, including:
Voice agent (Push-to-Talk), allowing you to dictate instead of typing directly from Gmail
Document analysis within email threads
How this fits into your workflow
The Vega Gmail assistant extends Vega's knowledge directly into your inbox.
You can move from reading an email to drafting a response, creating tasks or notes, and updating your CRM without leaving your email environment.
