Integrations status

To check the status of your integrations with Vega, visit the Integrations page.

There are four types of integration statuses with Vega:

  • Grey dot: Your account is not connected to Vega.

  • Light green dot: Your account has just been added. Data is syncing in the background, which may take a moment. You can proceed with Vega while your account is syncing in the background.

  • Green dot: Your integration is healthy and fully operational.

  • Red dot: Your integration is broken. To fix this, remove and re-add the integration or reach out to [email protected].

How could my integration become “broken”?

  • Password reset: After resetting your password, Vega may become disconnected. Please re-enter your credentials.

  • Time-based disconnection: Integrations can expire after a set period, necessitating a manual reconnection to Vega (e.g., Wealthbox).

  • Authentication problems: Difficulty in authorizing Vega to access external platforms, which may require re-entering credentials or re-authorizing access.

  • Compatibility issues: Updates or changes in external platforms that may impact integration functionality.
