Both Admin and User permission levels have access to the same AI features in Vega. The difference is strictly in administrative control, not in Vega's product capabilities.
User level
Non-admin users can manage their own account but cannot manage other users or make changes to the firm's settings or subscription. They can visit Settings to edit their profile, customize their preferences, manage their integrations, and sign out.
Admin level
Users with admin permissions have access to the Firm and Admin pages, where they can manage firm-level settings, users, billing, subscriptions, and other administrative settings.
What can users with admin permissions manage in Vega?
On the Firm page, admins can manage:
Firm information
Tags
Branding
On the Admin page, admins can manage:
Firm users and permissions
Billing and subscription management
All users have access to the Reports page, but the information available depends on their permission level. Users with admin permissions can access all tabs and review reporting and usage across all users in the firm. Non-admin users can only view their own usage and reporting.
